Quit coming up with excuses and learn to outsmart your brain by eliminating hurdles before you even reach them.

Laying on the couch for hours after work rather than being productive? Don’t sit down when you get home.

Can’t get yourself to change the task or start an action? Change your clothes to create a new “start” to the day.

Look for faults/hurdles and create triggers that change your output.
