If something isn’t absolutely in front of you, constantly reminding you, are you able to completely forget it exists?

It’s a nifty trick, actually.

Deleted from your memory.

Your strength is hyper focus.

But with that comes the ability to forget just about everything else.

To combat this, work on getting everything you want to do in front you so you literally cannot avoid it.

Can’t get yourself to put lotion on your face at night?

Move it from the bathroom to your bedside table.

Can’t get yourself to remember your to do list? Or even remember to check it in the morning?

Write it on a sticky note and place it on your phone screen.

Focus on removing all potential hurdles to eliminate your brains desire to be blind to what it has to do.
